My daughter just had her first ever dentist appointment. I’m so glad I chose Collins. They were amazing. They really took the time to explain everything they were doing so she wouldn’t be scared. Office staff is great and they don’t overbook so you don’t have to sit around waiting. I highly recommend them.
Forced to take our business elsewhere. My child has been with them for over 2 years and was good at first but the service has been steadily fading. Receptionists in front are uptight and condescending. Seems to me patients with state funded insurance are clearly treated differently. They have made numerous mistakes in submitting insurance claims to our insurance, when calling to rectify the situation they always make it seem as if it was our fault that they made the mistakes. Now these insurance issues are costing a lot of time and my daughter is the one suffering for a year now. Don't ever cancel or try to reschedule an appointment. They care more about the $50 cancellation fee than care for my kid telling me they can't reschedule anything for over 7 months. They have become to big and traded patient care and quality for numbers. They have no problem losing a patient because there is always another one to replace. It's sad because the patient is the one who is suffering. Thanks alot
